NEW AMSTERDAM SURF ASSOCIATION — Founded in 2018 by windsurfer Paul Zeper, who set out to redefine the commercialized surf culture. Instead of palm trees and blue ocean, it's the North Sea, the concrete shores of Wijk aan Zee, and rainy Amsterdam. Thus, the New Amsterdam Surf Association was born—a brand for those who live in the city but maintain a connection to the water. It's not just clothes, it's a mindset.

Surfing here means challenges, freedom and the search for harmony in the urban landscape.

The seashell logo symbolizes scars, salt, and beauty—like the brand's image itself: raw, strong, authentic. Each collection reflects the band's life: industrial landscapes, rain, shipping container graphics, Dutch thrillers. The prints combine the aesthetic of cold-water surfing with the visual DNA of Amsterdam.
