Collection: CARNE BOLLENTE

Spicy illustrations, provocative slogans, and a carefree atmosphere are Carne Bollente's main weapons in the fight against sexual taboos. The idea for a brand with this concept was born among three friends – Agoston Palinko, Hijiri Endo, and Teodor Famra – during a conversation in a Paris bar. They sought to transform fashion into a tool for addressing important social issues such as sexual stereotypes, gender, and orientation, making sexuality a natural and open part of everyday life. The name comes from the 1987 Italian erotic film "Rise of the Roman Empress" (original title: "Carne Bollente"), starring porn star Cicciolina, who embodies a positive and free approach to sexuality.

In creating its playful image, Carne Bollente draws inspiration from the fashion of the 1960s and 1970s, the era of the sexual revolution, and examples of eroticism in global art, transforming these elements into a modern context with a touch of humor. "Sex and humor rarely go hand in hand, which is very sad. Therefore, we ourselves have made sex a topic of play. By doing so, we want to change the cultural perception of sexuality for the better and contribute to the recognition of different sexual identities," say the founders. Despite its light and unforced appearance, the brand feels a sense of social responsibility and takes a conscious approach to its production process. Most of the clothes are made from organic materials in Portugal, and the blankets are knitted in a small family business in the USA. At the end of each season, the brand donates leftovers to volunteer organizations or organizes sales, with all proceeds going to organizations fighting HIV/AIDS.
