Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchanges and returns can be made via the InPost return shipment or at our store at ul. Mokotowska 49. Sending the goods for exchange or return is at the customer’s expense.

Customers purchasing goods at a distance (online) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must submit a withdrawal statement, after which the goods must be returned immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of the declaration. 

Returned goods must be unused, in undamaged condition, with the original tag and proof of purchase. Goods that have been washed or dry cleaned do not qualify for return or exchange. The box is considered part of the product — significant damage to the packaging may be a reason for refusal or reduction of the refund. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from handling it in a way other than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The processing time for returns and exchanges is two business days. Refunds are made exclusively to the bank account or card used for the original payment. If the returned product meets all requirements, we will refund the money within 10 business days from the date of receiving the goods. Typically, the funds are credited to the customer’s account within 1–5 days from the transaction.

WARRANTY:

NEWBORN K offers only original products, which we order from brand manufacturers or distributors. All shipments are insured. If your order is lost or not delivered for other reasons, please write to us at info@newbornk.pl. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
