Gift Card Information

To take advantage of our offer, select your card denomination, place your order, and a unique gift card code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code in the appropriate field during checkout.

Important information:
1. Our emails may sometimes end up in your spam folder. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder. We're working to fix this.
2. The order value must be equal to or greater than the face value of the gift card.
3. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

DELIVERY AND ORDER FULFILLMENT

Products purchased in our store are delivered to the address provided by the customer within Poland and European countries.

Order processing takes no longer than 2 business days. We strive to ensure that the shipment is delivered no later than 7 business days after order confirmation (for deliveries within Poland). If you choose to pay online, the shipment may not be sent until the payment is received.

Orders can be delivered in the following ways:

     1. Courier delivery to the specified address within Poland – 14.99 PLN

     2. To a selected pickup point according to the options presented on our store’s website – 11.99 PLN

     3. Courier delivery to the specified address within European countries – from 70.00 PLN

     4. In-store pickup at our shop is free of charge. Orders with the in-store pickup option are held for collection at the shop for 3 business days from the moment the order is prepared. After this time, the reserved item is returned to sale.
