Post Archive Faction (PAF) is a South Korean conceptual brand founded in 2018. The brand's creative director is Dongjoon Lim, who has a degree in industrial design and experience in the IT industry. Together with Sookyo Jeong, he has created a unique aesthetic that straddles the lines of fashion, technology, and an apocalyptic vision of the future.
The brand's design is deconstructive, asymmetrical, and experimental, utilizing technical fabrics and transparent materials. PAF uses a numerical system, reminiscent of software, to name its collections. They divide them into conventional "versions," encompassing three directions: Right (traditional model), Center (intermediate), and Left (radical), reminiscent of the political spectrum. These represent different stages of conceptual exploration—from classic forms to the most daring experiments.
The brand was shortlisted for the prestigious LVMH Prize and has collaborated with brands including Off-White, Gentle Monster, On Running, and District Vision, underlining its status as one of the most interesting voices in contemporary fashion.
