Shipping policy

DELIVERY AND ORDER PROCESSING

Purchased goods in our store are delivered to the address provided by the customer within Poland and European countries.

Order processing takes no longer than 2 business days. We strive to ensure that the shipment is delivered no later than 7 business days after order confirmation (for deliveries within Poland). If you choose to pay online, the shipment may not be dispatched until the payment is received.

Orders can be delivered in the following ways:

  1. Courier delivery to the specified address within Poland – 14.99 PLN

  2. Pickup at a selected point according to the options shown on our store website – 11.99 PLN

  3. Courier delivery to the specified address within European countries – from 70.00 PLN

  4. In-store pickup is free of charge. Orders with the in-store pickup option will be held for collection for 3 business days from the moment the order is ready. After this time, the reserved item will be returned to sale.
