Return and exchange

Exchanges and returns can be made via the "InPost" return shipment or directly at our store located at ul. Mokotowska 49.
The cost of shipping the item for exchange or return is borne by the customer.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, with tags and receipt.
Only hidden defects caused by the manufacturer are eligible for complaints.

Items that have been dry-cleaned or washed are not eligible for return or exchange. The box is part of the product, so damage to it may be a reason to refuse the return.

The processing time for returns and exchanges is two business days.

Refunds are made exclusively to the bank account or card from which the payment was made.
If the product meets all the above conditions, we will process the refund within 10 business days from receiving the item. Usually, the funds are credited to the account within 1-5 days of the transaction.

Warranty:
NEWBORN K offers only original products ordered directly from brand manufacturers or distributors. All shipments are insured.
If your order is lost or not delivered for any reason, please contact us at info@newbornk.pl. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
