ORDERS & DELIVERY

At NEWBORN K, we believe good things shouldn't leave you guessing. Below you'll find everything you need to know about order processing, delivery costs, and shipping times — both within Poland and internationally.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Orders placed before 7:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Every NEWBORN K product goes through a quality check before shipping. We care more about your package arriving in perfect condition than just getting it to you fast at any cost.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Free shipping applies to orders over 300 zł. Valid within Poland only.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship outside of Poland. We currently deliver to all European Union countries (France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Romania, Austria, Czechia, Germany, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, and Sweden), as well as the United Kingdom and Norway.

International delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address at checkout.

We're working on expanding to new markets — if you don't see your country on the list, email us at info@newbornk.pl and we'll let you know if we can deliver to you.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?

Yes. Our store is located at ul. Krucza 2 in Warsaw. Simply select the in-store pickup option at checkout, and we'll get your order ready and notify you by email or SMS once it's available for collection.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your NEWBORN K account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

InPost couriers make two delivery attempts. If you're not available, your package will be redirected to the nearest pickup point or parcel locker, and you'll be notified by SMS or email.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@newbornk.pl or +48 786 838 909, and we'll do our best to update the address. Once the package has been dispatched, any address changes depend on the courier's ability to make them.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
